Landlord Assistance Program

The Landlord Assistance Program is available to owners who have already secured or prefer to secure their own tenants. The following fee for services options are available:

• Lease/Document Preparation, Applicant Processing, Credit Check for $300.00
• Lease/Document Preparation, Applicant Processing (no credit check) for $200.00
• Credit Report, Landlord Reference, Job Verification (no lease preparation) for $100.00
• Lease Renewal for $100.00
